Currently we only ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase do not include any local taxes, import duty/ tax or customs clearance charges that may be payable by you depending on your requested shipping destination. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such; these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, PayPal, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro.

Our art prints are printed on premium matte paper (200 gsm) with a natural, smooth uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch.

We use responsibly sourced materials made from paper and wood from sustainably managed forests with a sustainable forest management system.

Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.

We do not offer framed prints at the moment.

Each poster is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives safe and secure.

Packaging varies depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.

Our standard packaging for posters is:

• Flat for posters up to A4

• Tube for posters above A4

Some exceptions are:

• Mailing tubes in the following countries: DE, NO, FR, UK, AU, NL, BE, AT

• Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US & Canada

Unfortunately, we are unable to add personalized notes to your order at this time.

Every print is specially made to order, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and/or returns. Please be sure to read the description and carefully consult the size charts provided under each item before ordering.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 3 business days from the time of delivery. All you have to do is contact us at contact.conceptora@gmail.com with your order number, as well as photographic evidence, and we will arrange this for you.
