Every print is specially made to order, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges and/or returns. Please be sure to read the description and carefully consult the size charts provided under each item before ordering.

However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 3 business days from the time of delivery. All you have to do is contact us at contact.conceptora@gmail.com with your order number, as well as photographic evidence, and we will arrange this for you.
